We are a small and diverse, team, based in the UK. Travel and struggles with insects at night inspired our Anti-Insect Sleepwear, read about our story here. It also inspired the creation of We Drifters, our community of travel and adventure lovers, with well-being at the heart of it.
We Drifters is for those of us who crave the freedom to live life on our own terms, to keep moving and expanding in-line with our core authentic selves. Whether that’s travelling the world, exploring the great outdoors, or doing whatever it is we truly love to do. We champion globetrotters, adventure seekers and weekend glampers to be fearless in the pursuit of what sets their souls on fire, and also celebrate inclusivity and diversity.
Our community is made up of people who resonate with our beliefs and values, and are of course obsessed with our Anti-Insect Sleepwear!
We have a private Facebook group, a space for sharing our experiences connected to travel and a chance to get to know everyone in the community better!
The group is a community for travel and adventure lovers, with a simple mission: inspire and be inspired to travel and live life on our own terms.
Join our Facebook group and become part of the We Drifters Community!
We want to make a positive difference, starting with helping end malaria and championing inclusivity and diversity. Our hope is to make meaningful change within our industry, by:
Bamboo is an eco-friendly alternative to many fibres as it comes from a renewable resource which is fast-growing. It also naturally has many great properties which help make our sleepwear very breathable, sweat wicking, anti-static, strong and durable. Bamboo is anti-bacterial and anti-microbial which helps reduce the build up of odour. It has powerful temperature control properties, which means it adapts to different climates, so when it is hot it will keep you cool and when it is cold it will keep you warm.
The fabric is impregnated with HHL Technology Vital Protection – a revolutionary insect protection that is OEKO-TEX® approved. The treatment is tested against the standard 100 by OEKO-TEX® which means it is certified to be free from harmful levels of more than 100 substances known to be harmful to human health.
The sleepwear comes in a box made from 80% recycled materials and 20% wood from sustainable sources, which are registered with the Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC). This allows us to reduce the use of plastic-based packaging.
